The Mainland of China : Notice on Issues Concerning Adjustments of the Tax-free Import Policy for Major Technological Equipment
The General Administration of Customs has recently issued a notice clarifying issues concerning the adjustments of tax-free import policy for major technological equipment and the corresponding tariff codes of such products. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
