The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 55/2008 on 29 July 2008, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of o-Dihydroxybenzene (Catechol, Pyrocatechol, C₆H₆O₂) from the United States. The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 April 2007- 31 March 2008, and the scope of investigation is the normal value, export prices and dumping margin of the imports of o-Dihydroxybenzene (Catechol, Pyrocatechol, C₆H₆O₂) from the United States. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant information, to the MOC within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 29 July 2008).
