The Higher People's Court of Guangdong and Labour Dispute Arbitration Committee of Guangdong Province issued on 23 June 2008 the Guiding Opinions Concerning the Application of "Law on Labour Disputes Conciliation and Arbitration" and "Labour Contract Law", for people's courts and labour dispute arbitration committees of the Guangdong Province to implement. A copy of the Guiding Opinions is attached on Annex (pdf format) for reference.
