The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Implementation of Registration
of Foreign Debts under the Trade in Goods of Enterprises
The State Administration of Foreign Exchange issued on 2 July 2008 the "Notice concerning the Implementation of Registration of Foreign Debts under the Trade in Goods of Enterprises". Regulations on advances on sales in export will take effect from 14 July 2008. Regulations on deferred payments in import will take effect from 1 October 2008. A copy of the notice is attached on Annex (pdf format) for reference.
