The Mainland of China : Measures for the On-line Inspection of the Collection
and Settlement of Foreign Exchange in Export
The State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs issued on 2 July 2008 the "Measures for the On-line Inspection of the Collection and Settlement of Foreign Exchange in Export", which will take effect from 14 July 2008. In addition, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange issued on the same day the "Notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange about Implementing the Measures for the On-line Inspection of the Collection and Settlement of Foreign Exchange in Export", which will take effect from 4 August 2008 . Copies of the "measures" and the "notice" are attached in Appendix I and Appendix II (pdf format) for reference.
