The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Acetone (C3H6O) from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 40/2008 on 8 June 2008, announcing the final ruling on anti-dumping investigation against imports of acetone (C3H6O) from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 2914 1100.

The final ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding imports of acetone (C3H6O)from Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea and the Taiwan Province, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 5.0% to 51.6% on imports of acetone (C3H6O)from the above regions. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 9 June 2008. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by the MOC at:
