The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Cancellation of Export Tax Rebate for Certain Vegetable Oils
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation issued a notice on 3 June 2008 announcing that the export tax rebate for certain vegetable oils (including soya-bean oil, ground-nut oil, olive oil, palm oil, sunflower-seed and safflower oil, cotton-seed oil, coconut oil, mustard oil, maize oil, margarine, etc. covered by a total of 36 Mainland tariff codes) will be cancelled with effect from 13 June 2008. For details of the products subject to the cancellation, please refer to the notice attached at Appendix (pdf format).
