The Mainland of China : Rate of Anti-dumping Duties against Imports of Polyurethane (Spandex) from the Republic of Korea
In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of polyurethane (spandex) from the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 39/2008 on 22 May 2008, announcing that TK Chemical Corporation would inherit the 2.86% anti-dumping duty rate for polyurethane (spandex) from TongKook Corporation with effect from 23 May 2008.
