The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Time Limit for Export Enterprises to File the Form for Verification and Write-off of Export Proceeds in Foreign Exchange
The State Administration of Taxation has recently issued a notice clarifying certain matters relating to the time limit for export enterprises to file the form for verification and write-off of export proceeds in foreign exchange, which will take effect from 1 June 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
