The Ministry of Commerce promulgated on 15 May 2008 the "Administrative Measures on Usage at Cost of Plastic Shopping Bags in Retail Spots", which will take effect from 1 June 2008. A copy of the Administrative Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
