The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Cessation of Processing Export Tax Rebate for Enterprises Gaining Export Tax Rebate by Fraud
The State Administration of Taxation has issued a notice recently concerning the cessation of processing export tax rebate for enterprises gaining export tax rebate by fraud. The notice has taken effect from 1 April 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
