The Mainland of China : Ruling on the Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Certain Dispersion Unshifted Single-Mode Optical Fiber from the Republic of Korea
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 19/2008 on 14 April 2008, announcing the ruling on the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of certain dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 9001 1000, but excluding other optical fibres and optical fibre bundles and cables under the code.

According to the ruling, the margin of dumping on imports of certain dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from the OPTOMAGIC CO., LTD of the Republic of Korea was found to be 2.3%. With effect from 15 April 2008, the rate of anti-dumping duties on imports of certain dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from the above company would be adjusted to 2.3%.
