The Mainland of China : Decision on Amending the Measures for the Management of Associations Formed by Law Firms of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region with Mainland Law Firms
In relation to the signing of Supplement IV to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Justice announced its revisions to the "Measures for the Management of Associations Formed by Law Firms of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region with Mainland Law Firms" on 6 March 2008. The revised Measures took effect from the date of promulgation. A copy of the Decision is attached at Annex 1 (pdf format), and the full text of the Measures is attached at Annex 2 (pdf format) for reference.
