The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Strengthening of Administration Work on Agricultural Pesticide Industry
The National Development and Reform Commission issued on 2 February 2008 a notice concerning the strengthening of administration work on the agricultural pesticide industry. Among others, it announced that the minimum capital requirement for recognition as agricultural pesticide enterprises would be adjusted with effect from 1 March 2008. It also set out certain issues related to recognition of agricultural pesticide enterprises and the daily supervision on them. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
