The Ministry of Construction recently promulgated the Administrative Measures on Practice of Registered Constructors (Trial), which took effect from 26 February 2008. A copy of which is attached at Appendix 1 (pdf format) . The Ministry also issued a notice setting out the Catalogues of Signatory Documents for Construction Management (Trial), which is attached at Appendix 2 (pdf format) .
