The Ministry of Construction promulgated the "Implementation Details of the Regulations on Registered Architects" on 29 January 2008, which will take effect from 15 March 2008. A copy of the Implementation Details is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference. The Regulations on Registered Architects can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Construction at:
