The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Transitional Preferential Taxation
Policies for Newly Established High Technological Enterprises in Special
Economic Zones and Shanghai Pudong New Area
The State Council issued a notice on 26 December 2007 concerning the transitional preferential taxation policies for newly established high technological enterprises in the special economic zones and Shanghai Pudong New Area, which would take effect from 1 January 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
