The Mainland of China : Preliminary Finding of Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Sulfamethoxazole (C10H11O3N3S) from India
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 2/2007 on 1 February 2007, announcing the preliminary finding of the anti-dumping investigation against imports of sulfamethoxazole (C10H11O3N3S) from India. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 2935 0030.
PRELIMINARY FINDING

The preliminary finding reveals that dumping existed regarding the investigated products originated in India, with dumping margin ranged from 15.2% to 37.7%. It is found that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry and that causal link existed. With effect from 1 February 2007, importers have to pass deposit according to the margin of dumping as guarantee to the General Administration of Customs for importation of the concerned products.
