The Mainland of China : Supplementary Provisions (III) to the Measures
for the Administration of Foreign Investment in Commercial Fields
According to the provisions of the "Supplement IV to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement" signed between Hong Kong and the Mainland on 29 June 2007, the Ministry of Commerce has issued "Supplementary Provisions (III) to the Measures for the Administration of Foreign Investment in Commercial Fields" regarding the further liberalisation measure for Hong Kong service suppliers invested in commercial fields. A copy of the supplementary provisions is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
