The Mainland of China : Rate of Anti-dumping Duties against Imports of Phenol and Bisphenol-A from the Republic of Korea
In respect of the anti-dumping measures against imports of phenol (C6H5OH) and bisphenol-A (C15H16O2) originated from the Republic of Korea, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 96/2007 on 22 November 2007, announcing that LG Chemical Co., Ltd. (Korea) would inherit the 0% anti-dumping duty rate for phenol (C6H5OH) and the 6.4% anti-dumping duty rate for bisphenol-A (C15H16O2) from LG Petrochemical Co Ltd. with effect from 23 November 2007.
