Dear Sirs,
Commercial Information Circular No. 240/2007
The
Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against
Imports of Sulfamethoxazole (C10H11O3N3S) from India
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 48/2007 on 15 June 2007, announcing the final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation against imports of sulfamethoxazole (C10H11O3N3S) from India. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 2935 0030.
ANTI-DUMPING MEASURE
- The ruling confirmed
the existence of dumping regarding the investigated products originated
in India, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic
industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping
duties which range from 10.1% to 37.7% on imports of sulfamethoxazole
(C10H11O3N3S) from the above region. The anti dumping measure would
be in place for 5 years from 16 June 2007. For details, please make
