Dear Sirs,
Commercial Information Circular No. 168/2007
The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports
of Paper for Electrolytic Capacitor from Japan
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 30/2007 on 17 April 2007, announcing the final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation against imports of paper for electrolytic capacitor from Japan. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 4805 9110.
ANTI-DUMPING MEASURE
- The ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding the investigated products originated in Japan, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 15% to 40.83% on imports of paper for electrolytic capacitor from the above region. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 18 April 2007. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by the MOC at : http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/aarticle/b/e/200704/20070404577277.html (Chinese version only).
