Dear Sirs,
Commercial Information Circular No. 141/2007
The Mainland of China : Final Ruling on Anti-dumping Investigation Against Imports of Nonyl Phenol (C15H24O) from India and the Taiwan Province
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 11/2007 on 28 March 2007, announcing the final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation against imports of nonyl phenol (C15H24O) from India and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Customs is 2907 1310.
ANTI-DUMPING MEASURE
-
The ruling confirmed the existence of dumping regarding the investigated products originated in India and the Taiwan Province, and that such dumping had caused material injury to the domestic industry. As a result, the Mainland had decided to impose anti-dumping duties which range from 4.08% to 20.38% on imports of nonyl phenol (C15H24O) from the above regions. The anti-dumping measure would be in place for 5 years from 29 March 2007. For details, please make reference to the notice issued by the MOC at : http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/aarticle/b/c/200703/20070304504946.html (Chinese version only).
