The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Implementation of the System of Attached Notes for Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Notice Concerning the Implementation of the System of Attached Notes for Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages" on 2 March 2006. The Notice provides details regarding the implementation of Article 14 of the "Administrative Measures on the Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages", which requires a Note to be attached during the circulation of alcoholic beverages. A copy of the Notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
