The Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of Processed Oil Market
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the Measures on the Administration of Processed Oil Market (the "Measures") on 4 December 2006, which will take effect from 1 January 2007. The Measures set out the application, examination and approval procedures for a processed oil business licence, and regulate the wholesaling, retailing and depot businesses of processed oil in the Mainland. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
- The Measures supersedes the Interim Measures on the Administration of Processed Oil Market which came into effect on 1 January 2005. For details of the Interim Measures, please refer to Commercial Information Circular no. 325/2004 dated 14 December 2004.
