The Mainland of China : Measures on the Administration of Crude Oil Market
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the Measures on the Administration of Crude Oil Market (the "Measures") on 4 December 2006, which will take effect from 1 January 2007. The Measures set out the application, examination and approval procedures for a crude oil business licence, and regulate the distribution and depot businesses of crude oil in the Mainland. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
