The Mainland of China : Implementation Details of the Regulations on
Administration of Foreign-invested Banks
The China Banking Regulatory Commission promulgated the "Implementation Details of the Regulations on Administration of Foreign-invested Banks" on 24 November 2006, which will take effect from 11 December 2006. The Implementation Details govern the establishment, registration, business scope, supervision and administration of foreign-invested banks. A copy of the Implementation Details is attached at Annex (1.2M pdf format) for reference.
