The Mainland of China : Supplementary Provisions (II) to the Measures for the Administration on Foreign Investment in Commercial Fields
According to the provisions of the "Supplement III to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA)" signed between the Mainland and Hong Kong on 27 June 2006, the Ministry of Commerce has issued "Supplementary Provisions (II) to the Measures for the Administration on Foreign Investment in Commercial Fields". It stipulated that the CEPA further liberalisation measure for Hong Kong service suppliers invested in commercial fields will be implemented from 1 December 2006. A copy of the "Supplementary Provisions (II)" is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
