The Mainland of China : Measures on the Self-Declaration of Personal Income Tax (Trial)
The State Administration of Taxation promulgated the "Measures on the Self-Declaration of Personal Income Tax (Trial)" on 6 November 2006. The Measures govern the declaration content, the location, deadline and modes of filing personal income tax declaration. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
