The Mainland of China : Amendments to the "Provisions on the Usage of Special Invoice for Value-added Tax"
The State Administration of Taxation issued a notice concerning the amendments to the "Provisions on the Usage of Special Invoice for Value-added Tax" on 17 October 2006, which will take effect from 1 January 2007.
