The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on Approval of Enterprises Exporting Ephedrine-containing Chemical Products Liable to Producing Narcotic Drugs
The Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security, the General Administration of Customs and the State Food and Drug Administration jointly promulgated the "Interim Measures on Approval of Enterprises Exporting Ephedrine-containing Chemical Products Liable to Producing Narcotic Drugs" on 10 October 2006, which will take effect 30 days after announcement. A copy of the Interim Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
