The State Food and Drug Administration promulgated the "Administrative Provisions on the Quality Supervision and Random Inspection of National Medical Equipment (Trial)" on 7 September 2006, which took effect from the day of promulgation. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Its annexes can be downloaded from the website of the State Food and Drug Administration at:
