Commercial Information Circular No. 384/2006
The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on the Establishment of Direct Selling Network
The Ministry of Commerce sought comments from the public earlier on the "Draft Administrative Measures on the Establishment of Direct Selling Network" (see Commercial Information Circular No. 335/2006 dated 24 August 2006). It has recently approved the "Measures", which will be implemented from 20 October 2006. Full text of the "Measures" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
- For details of the "Regulations on Direct Selling" mentioned in the "Measures", please refer to Commercial Information Circular No. 365/2005 dated 7 September 2005.
