The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on the Handling of Complaints
by Foreign-invested Enterprises
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Interim Measures on the Handling of Complaints by Foreign-invested Enterprises" on 1 September 2006, which will take effect from 1 October 2006. The Measures set out the procedures to lodge, accept and handle the complaints by foreign-invested enterprises. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
