The Mainland of China : Law on Partnerships
The Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress passed the amendments to the "Law on Partnerships" on 27 August 2006, and the revised law will take effect from 1 June 2007. The Law governs the establishment and administration of various kinds of partnerships, their dissolution and winding up, etc. A copy of the revised Law is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
