The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education on Vocational Training
The Ministry of Labour and Social Security promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education on Vocational Training" on 26 July 2006, which will take effect from 1 October 2006. The Measures govern the establishment of sino-foreign cooperative education institutions on vocational training, the scope of their projects, their organization and activities as well as administration and supervision on these institutions. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
