The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Strengthening the Administration of Direct Selling Activities Conducted by Direct Selling Enterprises
To facilitate the implementation of the "Regulations on Direct Selling" and the "Regulations on Banning of Pyramid Sales", the Ministry of Commerce issued on 8 August 2006 a notice concerning strengthening the administration of direct selling activities conducted by direct selling enterprises. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
