The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Adjustments to Tariff Rates and Preferential Tariff Rates under Specific Agreements for Products of Motor Vehicles
The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued a notice on 15 June 2006, announcing certain adjustments to tariff rates and preferential tariff rates under specific agreements for products of motor vehicles. Among others, zero tariff will be applied to 37 tariff items of Hong Kong origin. The notice will take effect from 1 July 2006. A copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
