The Mainland of China : Supplementary Rules on Foreign-Invested
Investment Company
The Ministry of Commerce issued Decree No. 3/2006 on 26 May 2006, which sets out certain amendments to the "Rules on Foreign-Invested Investment Company". The Supplementary Rules will take effect from 1 July 2006. A copy of which is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
