The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Processing of "Confirmation Letter for Encouraged Foreign and Domestic Projects" for Foreign-invested Enterprises
The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 29 April 2006, setting out the requirements relating to the processing of "Confirmation Letter for Encouraged Foreign and Domestic Projects" and "Import Certification for Equipment, Technology and Components by Foreign-invested Enterprises" for foreign-invested enterprises with a view to refining the procedures for applying tax exemption for equipment import by foreign-invested enterprises. The notice, which took effect from the day of promulgation, is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
