The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Application of Certain Laws to the Approval, Registration and Administration of Foreign-invested Enterprises
The State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange jointly issued a notice concerning the application of certain laws to the approval, registration and administration of foreign-invested enterprises on 24 April 2006. These include the revised "Law on Company", the "Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws, administrative regulations and policies relating to foreign investment. The notice is also applicable to enterprises set up by investors of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
