The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Application of the "Law on Company"
The Supreme Court of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 28 April 2006, setting out certain issues relating to the application of the revised "Law on Company" to civil disputes handled by the People's Court. The notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
