The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Notice on the Implementation of Grading and Rating of Retail Enterprises in Pilot Regions" on 10 April 2006, setting out guidelines on the grading and rating of retail enterprises. A copy of the Notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
