The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Delegation of Authority to Provincial Departments to Approve Establishment of Foreign-invested Construction and Engineering Design, Printing and Construction Enterprises
The Ministry of Commerce issued notices on 22 January 2006 concerning delegating the approval authority to the provincial commerce departments on applications for foreign-invested construction and engineering design, printing and construction enterprises with effect from 31 March 2006. Copies of the notices are at Annexes 1 to 3 respectively for reference.
