Commercial Information Circular No. 137/2006
The Mainland of China : Guidelines on the Transaction of Second-hand Vehicle
In accordance with the "Measures for the Administration of Second-hand Vehicle Circulation", the Ministry of Commerce formulated the "Guidelines on the Transaction of Second-hand Vehicle" which took effect on 24 March 2006. The "Guidelines" specify the procedural requirements for the transaction of second-hand vehicles in order to protect the interest of parties to the transaction. A copy of the "Guidelines" is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
