The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Consumption Tax On Consumer Goods
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued on 30 March 2006 a notice concerning consumption tax for a number of consumer goods, which took effect from 1 April 2006. The notice sets out the adjusted consumption tax rates for a number of consumer goods. A copy of the notice is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
