The Mainland of China : Administrative Provisions on the Adjustments to the Consumption Tax Policy and Collection
The State Administration of Taxation promulgated on 31 March 2006 the "Administrative Provisions on the Adjustments to the Consumption Tax Policy and Collection", which took effect from 1 April 2006. The Provisions govern the registration, declaration, offset, deduction, reduction and exemption of consumption tax. A copy of the Provisions is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Its annexes can be downloaded from the website of the State Administration of Taxation at:
