The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Entrustment of Authority to Provincial Commerce Departments to Approve Establishment of Foreign-invested Non-vessel Operating Common Carrying Enterprises and Certain Foreign-invested Road Transport Enterprises
The Ministry of Commerce issued two notices on 22 January 2006 concerning delegating the approval authority on applications for foreign-invested non-vessel operating common carrying enterprises and certain foreign-invested road transport enterprises to the provincial commerce departments with effect from 31 March 2006. Copies of the two notices are at Annex 1 and Annex 2 (pdf format) for reference.
- For details of the "Administrative Provisions on Foreign-invested Enterprises Engaged in International Maritime Transport Services", please refer to our CIC No. 133/2004 dated 21 May 2004.
