The Mainland of China : Provisions on the Administration of Brochures and Labels of Pharmaceuticals
The State Food and Drug Administration has recently promulgated the "Provisions on the Administration of Brochures and Labels of Pharmaceuticals", which sets out the requirements for brochures and labels of pharmaceuticals for sale in the Mainland. The Provisions will take effect from 1 June 2006. The "Provisions on the Administration of Packaging, Labels and Brochures of Pharmaceuticals (Interim)" will be abolished at the same time. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
