The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Entrustment of Authority to
National Economic Development Zones to Approve Establishment of
Foreign-invested Enterprises
The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on 9 February 2006 concerning delegating the approval authority on applications for foreign invested commercial enterprises and foreign-invested international freight forwarding agents to the national economic development zones.
